corporate events
Team building activities help co-workers understand each other better, work on interpersonal and problem solving skills, and create memorable moments that transcend past the event. I’ve worked with hundreds of corporate groups in events that expertly combine engagement and collaboration.
The Drink Well Do Good Game
In 2021, I worked with the advertising agency Forsman & Bodenfors to create an interactive narrative game for one of their clients, Keurig Dr Pepper Canada. KDP wanted me to develop a training tool for their employees that would communicate the company’s sustainability and community initiatives.
The game took place across four locations central to the operations of Keurig Dr Pepper Canada. At each location, players engaged with one of the four central pillars of the company’s core philosophy, solving problems similar to ones encountered in their regular operations. Through a wonderful process of collaboration between the advertising agency, the client, and me, we were able to create a game that was engaging, fun, and met the educational criteria they were looking for.
The Drink Well Do Good Game was designed to be played entirely by the staff at KDP. A script was created that clearly and concisely outlined what happened, how to respond to player interaction, and where to go for the next stage of the experience. This was accompanied by a short document explaining how to run the experience. Since rolling out this initiative, it has been played by thousands of employees at KDP.

Alien Ultimatum - Cargill
I was approached by David Pisa, another fantastic puzzle designer in the Twin Cities, about collaborating on a large-scale puzzle experience in Spring 2019. The client, the sales division of the Cargill corporation, wanted an hour-long interactive event at their upcoming corporate conference. They wanted something fun and engaging for their approximately 200 attendees that required all of them to work together. David asked if I was interested in helping, as he knew I had a lot of experience executing and running events of this nature.
The core concept of the experience found teams at 20 separate tables, representing countries from around the world. Through the gameplay, players realized they needed information available at other tables to complete their mission, culminating in everyone moving and interacting to solve a final, massive puzzle.
I designed half of the puzzles in the experience, executed the fabrication of most of the custom components, and was a major part in ensuring the successful operation of the event on-site.
